Brian McGuire

Ohio Licensed Residential Appraiser designation #2020000071. Brian is from the Lima area and currently resides in Wapakoneta. He has been with Consolidated Appraisal Services since 2017 and specializes in commercial and industrial valuation. After a three-year apprenticeship under Timothy Harpster, he received his Licensed Residential Appraisers Credential in 2020 and is currently studying for Certified General Certification. He is a 2002 Graduate of Lima Senior High School and a 2021 Graduate of Franklin University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and received his BS in Business Management and Human Resources Management. He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
