Tara is a native of Putnam County Ohio where she grew up on her family livestock and grain operation. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Administration Degree from Tiffin University. Tara apprenticed under the guidance of Dick Putnam before becoming a Certified General Appraiser licensed in Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. She is a senior appraiser in the American Society of Equine Appraisers, International Society of Livestock Appraisers, and American Society of Farm Equipment Appraisers. Tara specializes in agricultural properties with extensive experience in equine, swine, dairy, beef, poultry, and grain facilities.
