Jerry Frey
I am a native of Allen County Ohio and live near Westminster
with my wife and 2 sons. I have been
involved in the real estate industry since before graduating from Ohio Northern
University in 1993. My many years in
real estate sales have given me a background for the appraisal business that is
very beneficial. I have made many
acquaintances throughout the years with area bankers, business owners,
attorneys, accountants, and property owners.
I thoroughly enjoy appraising and having a finger on the pulse of the
industry. Value and the factors that
affect it have always been interesting to me. I am passionate about my appraisal
opportunities throughout west central Ohio.
Outside of appraising I love spending time with my family, the outdoors,
being active in my church, and traveling.
