Brad Wisener
Brad is a native of Van Wert County Ohio where he grew up on
the family farm in the eastern portion of the county. Brad currently resides in Hancock County Ohio
and has a BS in Business Administration and has completed courses through both The
Appraisal Institute and The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural
Appraisers. In mid-2015 after serving a
three-year apprenticeship under Richard Putnam Brad met all criteria for the
Certified General Appraiser Certification and passed the rigorous state
examination and now holds the Certified General Appraiser Certification in both
Ohio and Indiana. Brad has competed many
appraisals ranging from single family residential to complex commercial and
agricultural properties in Ohio and Indiana. Brad enjoys spending his free time
with his son, traveling, scuba diving, and watching sports. Brad is a member of the ASFMRA and OCAP. Brad attends Stonebridge Church in Findlay where
he volunteers with the youth ministry and has been involved in several mission
trips.
